So often do we have Personal Training clients that travel a lot for work. Between airplane food and business meetings while away, it’s definitely an understandable challenge to get workouts in and eat healthy.
Here is a fitness routine that will take all of 10 minutes to do and can be done anywhere with out any fitness Equiptment.
- Crunches – 3 sets on towelled floor
- Push ups – 3 sets of 15-20 reps
- Squats – 3 sets of 15-20 reps
- Bent over rows with suitcase – 3 sets of 15-20 reps
In between you can do active rest such as jumping jacks or some shadow boxing if your knees are bothering you.
This fitness routine should not take you more then 10-15 minutes tops so the next time you travel or are away for business. Follow this travelers quick fitness program.
