Need a healthy, quick and easy breakfast for those days that your running out the door.    This breakfast can be put together in 3 minutes or less.

The only ingredients you need are Muesli (no sugar added cereal),  low fat Greek yogurt,  hemp hearts for added flavor and protein, some fruit (berries) and top it off with some shaved almonds.  

Mix all ingredients together according to serving size and “bam”(thanks Emeril) you have a healthy breakfast as part of your healthy eating and fitness program.
