Well here is your answer to a quick and easy breakfast idea.  

Prepare oatmeal in a large batch the day before.   Boil a bunch of hardboiled eggs.   In other words prepare your food in large batches that will last a few days in the fridge.   Voila…you have a quick on the run healthy breakfast ready for you during those times you are short on time.  

All you have to do is heat up the oatmeal in a microwave for 1 minute and your out the door with a healthy breakfast prepared within two minutes.  Ready to start your healthy and fit day!
