| Vary your workout: "People do the same workouts over and over.” "They get comfortable and aren't sure how to adjust their routine." If you've been doing the same workout for longer than eight weeks, your body has already adjusted to it. You need to challenge your muscles to keep seeing results. If you run the same route every day, reverse it or find a new one. Remember to stretch: With regular strength training or cardiovascular exercise, it's hard to see the results of stretching. While a recent Australian study questioned its health benefits, many fitness experts still recommend stretching to help prevent injuries and improve flexibility and performance. Stretch as needed during your workout and for a few minutes once you're finished. Try stretching in a hot shower afterwards. (It's best to stretch warm muscles because they're more pliable.) |

| What are Toxins? Toxins are chemicals that cause bodily harm to the cells, blood and organs. There are two main groups of toxins- Exotoxins and Endotoxins. Exotoxins are from the outside world and they are usually inhaled through the air. Ex: polluted air, cigarette smoking, house hold chemicals. Endotoxins are usually created internally by the body. Ex: undigested food can putrefy, creating toxins that damage cells, tissues and organs in the body. Why cleansing is important for your body: It is very important to find a cleansing system that is best suited for you. By cleansing twice a year it can: improve health, decrease risk of disease, increase energy, improve digestion, help control and lose weight. |
