THE BEST AB WORKOUT!
'The Bicycle exercise' is the best move to target the rectus abdominis (your six pack) and the obliques (the waist); this is how to correctly do this exercise: 1. Lie face up on the floor and lace your fingers behind your head.
2. Bring the knees in towards the chest and lift the shoulder blades off the ground without pulling on the neck. 3. Straighten the left leg out to about a 45-degree angle while simultaneously turning the upper body to the right, bringing the left elbow towards the right knee. 4. Switch sides, bringing the right elbow towards the left knee. 5. Continue alternating sides in a 'pedaling' motion for 15-20 reps.
Avoid the obvious foods!
Fried foods, Burgers and the many other fatty meats (i.e. pork, bacon, ham, salami, ribs and sausage.) Dairy products such as cheese, cottage cheese, milk and cream should be eaten in low fat versions. Nuts and sandwich meats, mayonnaise, margarine, butter and sauces should be eaten in limited amounts. Most are available in lower fat versions such as substitute butter, fat free cheeses and mayonnaise.
