| Happy New Year, Hope everyone had a great holiday! I gather everyone has made their new years resolutions. I know I have made mine. This year’s resolution for health and fitness is to stop eating out so much and start preparing your meals in advance the night before. This is secret #1 to getting in tip top shape and feeling energized all day long. By preparing your meals the day before, all you have to do is bring put them in your cooler bag that morning and off you go. No more worrying about what to eat. Anyways, hope everyone starts to practice this tip and eventually it will just become habit. This is the REAL SECRET to permanent weight loss and getting in tip top shape. |

| NO SUCH THING AS A RESOLUTION! |
||||||||||||||||||
| New Years resolutions are great, but there seems to be one major problem with them, especially when it comes to fitness. People usually don’t stick to them. I am not saying all people but the majority of people do not. Being in the fitness scene for a number of years, I have seen first hand the gym craze right after New Years. The gyms are packed and everyone is busting there butts off trying to shed that excess holiday weight. For the first 2 weeks the gyms are packed, come the 3rd week, the gym starts to become less crowded and then by the 4th and 5th week. The regulars start to just be training. Don’t allow yourself to fall in this trap. Which I know for a fact, none of you will, because you have all dramatically improved your chances of NOT being one of the drop outs by training with a certified trainer from ResQFit |
