Not sure what to eat in the morning for a healthy breakfast.   Well look no further and keep it simple but vary it.  Eggs/egg whites, oatmeal and a cup of Java are a great way to get the day going on a healthy track.  

Throw some sliced banana or fresh berries on the oatmeal and you have yourself a power breakfast to keep you energized and on track with your fitness training and nutrition program.
