healthy fitness dinner idea  
I don’t know about you but I sure am not an avid fan of being in the kitchen for hours at a time cooking up for just one meal.   I love healthy meals that can be prepared in under 30 minutes time. 

Well this meal of trout or fish of your choice can be prepared in about 15 minutes.   

It’s a simple five ingredient meal.    You can buy the broccoli, cauliflower and sweet potatoe already cut up and washed if your not into a fan of cutting up veggies.  

Simply place broccoli, cauliflower and sweet potatoe in a non stick cooking dish. Coat with a little olive oil and salt. Add some spices if you want to add more flavour and bake until desired texture.    

The fish can be lightly salted and served oh natural.   Just be sure to cook the fish first ;).    Eat like this most of the time  and before you know it, you’ll be on your way to a healthy body and healthy brain (fish oils are good for your brain btw) not to mention the loads of antioxidants and vitamins your getting from the veggies.
