You will meet with your trainer 1-3 times per week.  This program is only intended for the person that is very serious towards achieving their fitness results fast!  Burning fat, toning your muscle and transforming your physique like you never thought was possible.  An assessment must be done to determine the length of your body transformation customized program.  Click here for more info
 
 New Beginings

Just getting started back on a fitness program?  This program is meant for those with some previous experience in fitness.  Work with your trainer for a few sessions to get you back on track with the right program.  Click here for more info

 
 Maintenance ResQ

Train with your trainer once or twice a month, to stay on track with the right program.  This program is intended for the experienced trainee. This allows you to train on your own but still have the guidance from your fitness professional, to make sure you are making progress.

 
 Group Fitness
