  • Chickpeas (1can)
  • Lentils (1can)
  • Shredded carrots (1/2 cup)
  • Chopped green peppers (1 whole) 
  • Chopped chives/onions (2 chives)
  • Parsley chopped (1Tbsp)
  • Cilantro chopped (1tbsp)
  • olive oil (1Tbsp)
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
